  9. Changes in this update:

  11.     3.1     12/01/98    - When recording a voice sample locally
  12.                           STFax ignored the "Max voice message
  13.                           duration" prefs and always used a timeout
  14.                           of 5 minutes.
  15.                         - The viewer displays the fax with black & white
  16.                           colors also with OS 2.04.
  17.                         - Increased stack size to 30 Kb since MUI needed
  18.                           more stack on some configurations.
  19.                         - Increased the fax decoding speed when viewing
  20.                           a fax.
  21.                         - STFax didn't close the serial port when the DSR
  22.                           signal was not found.
  23.                         - ReqTools.library is no longer used.
  24.                         - It could be possible that STFax didn't show the
  25.                           new messages in the listviews under some
  26.                           circumstances.
  27.                         - Added company name and phone number in the
  28.                           header line put in top of every fax page sent.
  29.                         - Now the font requester in Prefs/Fax allows you
  30.                           to choose a font greater than 24 points (max
  31.                           height is now set to 300).
  32.                         - Added "File" source in the messages panel to
  33.                           convert a sample into a voice file for the modem.
  34.                           Datatype are used when available, otherwise
  35.                           only 8SVX iff files can be imported.
  36.                         - Fixed bug: printer prefs were screwed up if the
  37.                           "Printer driver" menu was set at startup. This
  38.                           caused the "Cannot open printer.device" problem.
